User: Independent House Cleaner that buy and use its Emaid Site.
Client: Person who look for House Cleaning Service.
Emaid: Emais.me, creator and developer of Estimaid System (Instant Estimaid and Cleaning Book).
Emaid Site: User's Site to give Instant Estimaid and Cleaning Book to Clients.

Emaid.me:
Emaid is not and does not pretend be a House Cleaning company nor Ads company. Emaid does not pretend, no intent, no promise, no offer to give or to lend Clients and/or Jobs to Users. Have a Emaid Site does not guarantee to get Clients or Jobs. The User accept its Emaid Site as is. The User compromise to complete all info and facts in its Account, required to correct working and use of its Emaid Site.

The Users:
The Users accepts being independent Cleaners, with minimum experience on House Cleaning and basic experience on computer and handle their Account in Emaid. The info, facts, changes, updates on its Account is entire responsibility by Users. The User is not part of Emaid nor as employee, nor as partner, nor as independent contractor.

Use of Emaid Site:
The Instant Estimaid, is exclusively to use to give House Cleaning estimates to Clients from Users. Any incorrect use, miss info or fact mistake, wrong handle or incorrect use of Instant Estimaid is entire responsibility of User.

The Prices:
The User accepts the basics-initials-standards prices, generated by Emaid to its Area when create its Emaid Site. Prices that User must change or update according to her/his own prices. The User is the only responsible for prices that change or update from its Account. The generated prices on Instant Estimaid are based and/or calculated by Job, no by hour. The Users and their Clients, previous coordination and agree, may change the amount showed in their Emaid Site. The Users must have updated their Info and prices in its Account.

Contents:
Emaid give by default text, info and services activity, that Users must change or update under its own business or service requirements. Emaid reserve right, but not an obligation, to correct, to edit or change textual content or images inserted by the User.

The Clients:
The Clients gotten throught its Emaid Site, by Calls or by Booking, belong to Users, totally and enterely and are their entire responsibility all further that means that right. Emaid does not participate, under any cirscuntance on treat, relation, interaction between Users and the/their Clients gotten throught its Emaid Site. Any claim, disagree or inconvenience between User and its Client will be solucionate only between them or through regular instances according to law if does not reach an agree.

Cleaning Book:
Once the Client solicit the House Cleaning service throught its Emaid Site, by Calls or Cleaning Book, the User is compromised to comply the solicited and agreed with Client. User is compromised to follow the price and date/time of service, save mutual agree with Client on modify the terms of service including the estimate, suspension, cancelation, postergation and payment ways. Emaid reserve right to send to Client and User cellphones an image-sms of the Cleaning Book (Cleaner info, Estimaid and Book info), but is not an obligation. Emaid reserve right to send to Client and User the Cleaning Book info to its emails, but is not an obligation. The User compromise to respond and coordinate by call or SMS to Client who solicited the service by Cleaning Book before 24 hours that was done.

Payment from User:
The payment to get and use its Emaid Site by User is Monthly in advance and amount fixed, throught PayPal to Juliusbox. There is no contract nor compromise on time about that acquisition. The User may cancel or suspend anytime its Emaid Site just contacting us.

Client Payment:
All and any payment from Client for job/service done is directly to User, after Job is done, or before done previous mutual agree between User and its Client. Emaid does not participate on any intermediation or economic transaction between User and the/its Clients, nor solicit any commission, fee, percentage to Clients.

Intellectual Property:
Emaid is the creator and developer of Estimaid System. Emaid concede a temporary license of Estimaid System to User, according with this terms and conditions of use. The User to compromise to NO, sell, give, copy, modify, reformat, rent, borrow, frame, create works derivated, download, cloud, storage, reproduce, transmit, reprocess, to use a commercial way or distribute its Emaid Site, further tan permitted for this Terms of Use. The software and code of Estimaid System belong only and enterely to Emaid. Emaid reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use.

Help and Advice:
Emaid gives all info, help, advice, recommendations and contact to Users to right use of its Emaid Site, its Instant Estimaid, its Cleaning Book and its Account.

Cancelation and Termination:
Emaid reserve unilateral right to suspend and/or cancel the use of Emaid Site to Users when violate these Terms of Use, with no money refund.

Policy Privacy:
Emaid does not give or share to third party any information that got from Users nor the/its Clientes, save those by law required.

The User when create its Emaid Site accepts Terms of Use and Policy Privacy of Emaid. Emaid may change on its own discretion these Terms of Use any moment. User must check these Terms of Use constantly.
